I started my career as a trainee at Kergan Stewert, now Davidson Chalmers Stewart and qualified into their Corporate team. I spent time at MacRoberts, now Morton Fraser MacRoberts, before returning to Davidson Chalmers Stewart in early-2024.
I advise clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity (from start-ups and spins-outs to large equity funding rounds), contractual agreements, data protection matters and general corporate governance.
I have a passion for cybersecurity and held a Law Society of Scotland Cyber Security Certification from 2022 to 2024.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time socialising with friends and family and taking walks with my dog Bear. I am an avid rugby fan and self-professed petrol head, with a particular love of motorbikes.
