I am a Director in the Davidson Chalmers Stewart Corporate Department.
My role involves advising our clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including commercial contracts, joint venture and shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, intellectual property rights and business acquisitions and sales.
I also have specialist knowledge of the Health Sector. I regularly advise medical partnerships, dental practitioners, pharmacies and veterinary practices in relation to partnership and shareholders’ agreements, incorporation, the sale and acquisition of their businesses as well as resolving disputes.
I also enjoy helping charities with their constitutions and guiding them through their applications for charitable status, and thereafter assisting them with ongoing legal, contractual and regulatory matters.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my young family and am a keen outdoor swimmer.
