I joined Davidson Chalmers Stewart in the firm’s Corporate team in 2023 as a Solicitor based in Glasgow.
I advise clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including on the sale and purchases of companies/businesses, incorporations, debt and equity funding, shareholder agreements and share option schemes. I advise a range of clients from start-ups to large private companies across all sectors.
I also have experience in advising both franchisor clients on various franchising matters.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my young family. I am also a self-professed Volvo enthusiast and according to my family, at times spend too much time searching out new and usually less than economical projects.
