I’m a former Partner in the Davidson Chalmers Stewart Real Estate Department working across the retail and leisure sectors, business space and commercial and residential development and investment, often with a cross-border angle. I now support the firm as a consultant.

Recent deals include disposing £55m of student accommodation assets; acting on behalf of a FTSE 250 financial services company acquiring new flagship premises in Edinburgh; advising a Government Agency relocating to major new offices in Glasgow and advising a major law firm in relocating to new offices in Edinburgh.

I also have wide ranging experience in the residential development sector acting for both landowners and developers advising on acquisition and disposal of large development sites, including Joint Venture Agreements, Planning Agreements (Section 75/Section 106) and Option Agreements.
