I am dual qualified in Scots and English law and have over 20 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, advising on numerous transactions and providing day-to-day advice on corporate and commercial matters. I act for a range of clients from start-ups to large private companies.
Prior to joining Kergan Stewart in 2013, now Davidson Chalmers Stewart, I was with Brodies and Biggart Baillie.
I regularly deal with start-ups, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and re-organisations and have particular experience in private equity work. I tutor on corporate law on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow University.
Outside of the office, I enjoy time with my family.
