I’m one of the Lead Partners for Davidson Chalmers Stewart Health, our specialist team advising the health and wellbeing sector.
As part of my activities in this sector, I’m one of only two Scottish members of NASSAD, the National Association of Specialist Solicitors Advising Doctors, a UK-wide network of healthcare lawyers recognised as specialists in the provision of expert legal advice to primary care medical providers, namely NHS GPs and doctors in private practice.
With such a wide ranging practice I act for a variety of developers, investors, contractors, consultants, funders, project operators and end users.
In addition, I head the Davidson Chalmers Stewart Environmental, Waste and Renewables Team and over the years we’ve built extensive expertise in the delivery of a diverse range of projects including wind farms, solar PV, anaerobic digestion, hydro schemes, energy from waste and land fill projects.
I live with my family in the Scottish Borders: the perfect location to pursue my enjoyment of a variety of outdoor activities.
