Laura Tainsh, Davidson Chalmers’ Partner in Environment & Waste will be speaking at the upcoming Brownfield Land Scotland 2019 conference on 6 February in Edinburgh.
Laura’s specialist legal expertise is underlined by her recognition as a Chartered Waste Manager with the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), the only solicitor in Scotland to have obtained this accolade.
Her presentation will focus on ‘Outlining the changes to waste management policy and legislation in Scotland and the implications for contaminated land projects’.
