Laura Tainsh, Davidson Chalmers’ Partner in Environmental, Waste & Renewables will be speaking at the upcoming Brownfield Land Scotland 2018 conference on 7th February in Edinburgh. Laura’s specialist legal expertise is underlined by her recognition as a Chartered Waste Manager with the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), the only solicitor in Scotland to have obtained this accolade.
Her presentation will focus on ‘Assessing the practical implications of changing SEPA policy and legislation on waste management in brownfield projects’.
