I joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023 and I am currently working in the Corporate department.
I assist the corporate team in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, ranging from the sale and acquisition of businesses, debt and equity funding, shareholder agreements, and general corporate governance. I also assist our market leading Healthcare team, providing advice to clients such as GP Practices on a variety of partnership matters.
Outside of the office I devote most of my time to playing netball competitively. When not on court, I enjoy travelling, home-cooking and trying out new restaurants in the city.
