Davidson Chalmers Stewart Steers Successful Judicial Review of Marine Scotland Decision-Making
Davidson Chalmers Stewart welcomes the judgment of Lord Braid in the petition, by our clients, The Open Seas Trust, for Judicial Review of Marine Scotland’s approach to routine licensing decisions. This superb outcome is the culmination of many months of intensive and focused work by our dedicated team, which brought together our highly-respected environmental specialists Laura Tainsh and our market-leading dispute resolution experts Sheila Webster and Jane Dickers.
