I am a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal in Company Secretarial and deal with providing company secretarial services to a wide range of small, medium and large private companies.
This includes but is not limited to incorporating new companies and LLPs, assistance with company and corporate guidelines, drafting and producing documents for statutory filing with Companies House, liaising with Companies House, recording and holding company information with company books, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of company statutory registers. I also work alongside colleagues on transactional matters within the wider corporate team.
Away from the office, I love spending time with family and friends, hitting the road on my e-bike, knitting or chilling out with a good book.
