I joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021. I am now a Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate team.
I advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including the sale and purchase of companies, incorporations, debt and equity funding, shareholder agreements, the negotiation of commercial contracts, and general corporate governance. I work with a range of clients from start-ups to large private companies across various sectors
Outside of the office I enjoy visiting local cafes and restaurants with friends and catching the occasional rugby game at Murrayfield.
